Requirements
- 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Relevant experience in a similar field (an asset)
- Previous experience in the plumbing industry (an asset)
- Diploma in Plumbing/HVAC or Diploma in Building Mechanical (an asset)
- Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, dynamism, and enthusiasm
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingualism (an asset) to communicate with internal colleagues across Canada
