Job Description
Credit Controller role based in Warwick, UK. Responsible for monitoring outstanding debts, following up on overdue accounts, and building client relationships to maintain positive cash flow. Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Requirements
- Finance Background
- Credit Control experience desirable
- Experience in customer service role with phone or face-to-face interaction
- Organisational skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Excel/Teams)
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs
