Technical Sales Advisor

As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Ipswich, you will be responsible for serving customers, developing relationships with suppliers, and completing general warehouse duties. Full training will be provided, and the role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge on Climate products or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential
• Experience working with trade counter/front facing
• Proven experience in sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
