Job Description
We're looking for a Shift Lead to lead our Grocery team in our Wolt Market Schevchenko in Almaty. The Shift Lead will ensure efficient operations, solve issues, and proactively participate in developing store operations.
Requirements
- Experience in working as a Grocery Associate in Wolt Market, or other grocery stores/retail.
- Experience in leading a team (in a similar industry.)
- Proactive, service-minded, fast learner, and able to multitask.
