Head of Product, Regulatory Finance

We're looking for a Head of Product to lead the teams building Wolt, Deliveroo's and DoorDash's global regulatory and compliance technology. The role involves defining the long-term product strategy for our compliance stack, leading and growing a group of senior Product Managers, and working closely with teams to understand changing rules and requirements.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of EU regulatory frameworks such as AML/CTF, KYC and KYB, Payments Regulations, Tax regulations, Invoicing and e-Invoicing systems.
• Experience turning legal requirements into product designs
• Experience leading other Product Managers or Product Leads
• High level of technical and analytical fluency
• Familiarity with financial services infrastructure
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Track record of operating in high-ambiguity environments
• Fintech & Payments Subject Matter Expertise: Minimum 8–12 years of overall Product Management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to the Fintech or Financial Services sector
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
