As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads â potential restaurant and retail partners who have already expressed interest in working with Wolt. Your primary focus will be to quickly qualify opportunities, run an efficient sales process, and close deals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or other customer-facing roles.
- Tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner.
- Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Persistent and natural âhunterâ with a drive to build a portfolio from the ground up and find new angles to overcome different bottlenecks.
- Ability to build relationships and tailor the offering and business model to a specific partner based on various parameters.
- Structured with ability to manage time and pipeline to reach goals.
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Fluent in Kazakh and Russian, both verbal and written, ability to work in English.
