The Paralegal will support the global Legal team in managing and improving legal operations, corporate, commercial, and compliance areas, and collaborate with different teams across the company. The ideal candidate is a professional with a passion for making things run smoothly and efficiently, enjoys working across a wide range of topics, and is detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a legal assistant, paralegal or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, structured way of working
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience with legal systems or tools (e.g. entity management or document management systems)
• Experience from using AI solutions to gain efficiencies in work
