Senior Account Manager

Wolt is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage our largest SMB merchants in Germany, drive adoption of Wolt's products and services, and drive commercial negotiations. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key restaurant partners, increasing their growth on the platform, and providing data-driven consultancy. You will work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with restaurant partners and be a senior presence and source of knowledge on the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as Account Management, Sales or Marketing positions
• Commercial acumen with a consultative approach to client management
• Knowledge or previous exposure to analytical dashboards (ex. Looker, Power BI, SQL knowledge)
• Fluent in German and excellent English skills
