Lead Technology Product Manager

Lead Technology Product Manager responsible for independently driving execution of complex, cross-functional technology product initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and lifecycle optimization.

Requirements

• 10 to 16 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or similar program
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Deep customer empathy with ability to understand end-to-end scenarios and define measurable success criteria
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and execution discipline across multiple workstreams
• Skilled in negotiating priorities with business and technical stakeholders; able to lead through influence
