As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will design AI-powered experiences that transform tax and accounting workflows. You will create user-facing experiences that incorporate AI, machine learning, and automation into tax and accounting workflows, with a primary focus on an AI-powered tax research and guidance experience.
Requirements
- Prototyping: Strong ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Proven experience designing AI-powered user experiences for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, automation principles, ML concepts, and systems design.
- Expertise in enterprise UX for regulated domains, with tax planning, compliance, or accounting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI.
- Wireframing: Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows.
- User Research: Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies.
- Working knowledge of front-end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and component-based systems, and experience using AI-assisted tools to prototype interactions and accelerate iteration.
- Usability Testing: Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights.
- Advanced prototyping and design system integration skills.
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and JTBD mapping.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align cross-functional efforts.
- Presentation: Advanced skills in presenting design rationale and user research findings.
- Accessibility: Competence in designing accessible user experiences according to standards.
