Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in human resources, law, business management or relevant subject
• At least 4+ years' operational and advisory HR experience within a similar role
• Utilizes highly developed communication skills, including excellent verbal and written Hungarian, Romanian and English
• Solid knowledge of employment regulations for Hungary and Romania is essential
• Proven track record in managing projects
