Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex software systems and features. You will mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.
Requirements
- Design and develop complex software systems and features
- Analyze and refactor legacy C++/C# code
- Design and implement automated tests
- Identify and resolve technical debt
- Collaborate with QA engineers, architects, and product managers
- Document code changes and refactoring decisions
- Provide code reviews to ensure best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architecture
- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software components and tools
- Modify existing software to meet specialized needs and configurations
- Work through the product backlog, estimating time for coding, documentation, and testing
- Provide input on system design and architecture
