Job Description
As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll ensure the functionality and reliability of software products by executing various test cases and identifying defects. Your focus will be on diverse testing scenarios, improving test documentation, and providing insights to enhance quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Execute a variety of test cases, including functional, regression, and smoke tests.
- Document and report software bugs with detailed steps to reproduce.
- Assist in test case design and modification.
- Conduct initial root cause analysis of defects.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues.
- Participate in test plan development.
- Review requirements and design documents to provide feedback.
- Maintain and update test environments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
