Construction Cost Accountant

We're seeking a Construction Cost Accountant to serve as a trusted financial partner on active general contracting projects, with 5+ years of construction cost accounting experience and strong working knowledge of construction accounting concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction cost accounting experience with a General Contractor or Subcontractor
• 2+ years of experience working in a construction ERP, such as Acumatica, Procore, Viewpoint
• Prior experience working with Cost-Plus contracts and MSHDA projects is preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials for multiple active jobs simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of construction accounting concepts, including AIA billing, progress billings, and change orders
• Knowledge of contract management / compliance and lien waivers
