Construction Project Manager II (Kalamazoo)

We are looking for a Project Manager II who can independently lead commercial construction projects in a design-build environment, operating as a true partner to the client. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial market segments, design-build delivery, and project financials, with strong client relationships and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience in design-build environments and working across design + construction teams
• Background in industrial/manufacturing projects; metal building experience is a strong plus
• Valid driver’s license
