We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to execute and optimize integrated marketing initiatives that directly support business development and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Strong campaign ownership
- Experience building workflows, segmentation strategies, lead nurturing programs, and performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; prior Salesforce or HubSpot experience preferred
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and marketing-to-sales handoffs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign execution
- Experience supporting business development or sales teams required
- Commercial construction or related project-based B2B industry experience preferred
