Job Description
Wolverine Building Group is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead and elevate their finance function, drive ERP optimization, and champion technology and process efficiency. The role will also involve leading a seven-person accounting team, owning FP&A, and serving as the CFO's organizational conscience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
- MBA or Master's in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Strong grasp of and experience in construction accounting
- Prior ownership of FP&A, monthly financial reporting, and budgeting processes
- Experience with an ERP or accounting system implementation and process improvement
- Prior M&A and integration experience or exposure to real estate development a plus
