The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the Won’t Stop Hospitality kitchen. The Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
Requirements
- Assist with the organization and flow of the dishwashing area
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils as they arrive throughout the shift
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Replenish clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to designated stations and service areas
- Sweep, mop, and maintain a clean, dry, and safe working floor in the dish area
- Demonstrate a “clean as you go” mentality at all times
- Communicate effectively with back-of-house and front-of-house team members to support service flow
- Uphold all company food safety, sanitation, and labeling policies
