Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned RPA Migration Architect with deep expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to lead the migration of a large portfolio of automation processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in RPA development and architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UI Path, including orchestrator, selectors, and advanced workflows.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including Desktop flows, Cloud flows, and connectors.
- Proven experience in migrating RPA solutions between platforms.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-500).
- Experience with governance and COE setup for RPA.
- Background in software development (.NET, Python, or Java) is a plus.
- Experience with process mining and optimization tools.
- Strong understanding of business logic, conditional flows, loops, and exception handling.
- Experience integrating with external systems via APIs and connectors.
- Familiarity with legacy and custom-built applications and their automation challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
