Wonderschool is seeking a Business Operations Associate to support the executive team and drive business efficiency across the organization, providing high-level operational support and acting as a liaison between senior leadership and departments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investing banking, venture capital, business operations, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture
• Ability to build and automate with AI tools
• Expert MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
