Center Director

Lead a team at a STAR 4 Early Childhood Education Center in West Philadelphia, overseeing day-to-day operations and achieving enrollment goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education
• PA Director's Credential, required
• At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
• Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
• Outstanding relationship builder within community
• Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
• Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
• Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
• Must meet all DHS requirements, including current clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI, NSOR) and a Health Assessment with TB test
