School-Age Assistant Teacher (Before & After Care)

Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, seeks a School-Age Assistant Teacher to support our school-age program. This role works with children in kindergarten through fifth grade and helps create a safe and engaging environment before and after the school day.

Requirements

• Support daily program activities, including group games, free play, and structured activities
• Provide active supervision at all times, keeping children safe and engaged in a busy and active setting
• Help manage transitions during morning arrival and afternoon dismissal
• Build and maintain relationships with children, families, co-workers and administrators
• Follow and adhere to the responsibilities outlined by the Site Supervisor
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized environments
