As a Senior Business Analyst at WongDoody, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our digital products. The role involves leading requirement gathering workshops, managing end-to-end functional requirements, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions
• Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges
• Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope
• Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions
• Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity
• Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals
• Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions
• Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning
