We are looking for an Experience Designer (UX/EX/CX) in Sydney or Melbourne to help develop and evolve onboarding, business products and self-service experience within the financial sector.
Requirements
- Very strong UX skill sets and strategic design to build out research and roadmaps for customers and understanding of Finance and Insurance
- Rapid concepting and Interaction Design (i.e. user flows and mapping)
- Overall Experience Design for both short-term and long-term goals
- Practical design for immediate delivery
- Documentation of scenarios and UX flows
- Testing of concepts and flows with bankers and customers
- Stakeholder review/testing of concepts
- Low and Mid-Fidelity Designs
- Prototyping
- End-to-End User flows
- Map out error scenarios
- Map Entry/Exit points for different channels/platforms
- Information Architecture
- Usability testing
