Job Description
The Semiconductor Equipment Engineer Data Scientist will be responsible for process data analysis, development of Virtual Metrology, Predictive Maintenance, and Equipment Health Monitor, and data modeling using statistical and applied statistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
- More than 3 years of experience in Data Scientist role
- Experience with Python, R, Matlab, or Scala
- Ability to utilize Tensorflow, Caffe, Torch, Theano, or Spark
- Experience in developing, packaging, and distributing Python-based libraries
- Knowledge and experience in semiconductor process-related domain
