Senior Backend Engineer

WOO X is a global centralised crypto futures and spot trading platform offering best-in-class liquidity and price execution. We are looking for a Staff / Senior Backend Engineer to join our Backend team, responsible for all the development of the backend services that support our WOO X and internal tools 7*24.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Deep proficiency in Java and Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency models, and asynchronous programming
• Experience building high-concurrency, high-availability backend systems in production environments
• Familiar with message brokers, databases, and in-memory stores
• Solid experience with containerized environments and Linux-based systems
• Proven track record of independently solving complex backend/system-level problems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
