Job Description
Lead Commercial Refrigeration Start-Up & Controls - Travel Role with Leadership Potential. Manage installs, direct junior techs, and own system performance on complex supermarket refrigeration systems.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration start-up, EMS troubleshooting and installation
- Lead tech experience managing installation crews a plus
- 3+ years of experience with supermarket EMS systems; strong programming and wiring knowledge preferred
- Experience with CO2 and glycol refrigeration systems
- Ability to read blueprints (refrigeration, electrical, plumbing)
- EPA Certification and TDLR preferred
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
- A valid driver's license and strong organizational skills
