Senior Civil Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater

Wood, Patel & Associates, Inc. (WOODPATEL) is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Civil Project Engineer to join their Phoenix, AZ team. The role involves independent design and engineering for water/wastewater projects, including master planning, design, cost estimation, and construction observation. This position requires strong leadership and client communication skills.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering (AZ Professional Engineer's license or ability to obtain AZ PE license)
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Water/Wastewater design
• Design of collection systems, booster and pump stations, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans
• Demonstrated leadership in a team atmosphere
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate technical work, and satisfy clients
• Ability to communicate clearly, including speaking, listening, and writing
• Capacity to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills
• Ability to recognize a project’s critical path and continuously plan for project success
