Job Description
Wood is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join their Proceso and Chemical Business Unit in Concepción, Chile. The role involves collecting, distributing, retaining, and archiving documents according to established processes. Wood is a leading provider in the refining, petrochemicals, specialized chemical materials, and hydrogen production sectors, emphasizing sustainable fuels and advanced materials.
Requirements
- Coordinate documentation requirements between company personnel, contractors, and the customer.
- Supervise printing and photocopying operations.
- Assign file indexes to incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of documents.
- Conduct audits and inspections of project documentation.
