Job Description
Wood is seeking Expression of Interest candidates for Cost Controllers to join their team in Stockton-on-Tees. The role involves preparing and reporting on project cost budgets, managing project expenditures, and ensuring budgets are accurate and in compliance with project requirements. This is an opportunity to work on green hydrogen projects and fuel switching as well as supporting the development of new technologies. The role involves reviewing and analysing project costs to prepare accurate budget reports.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
- Liaise with procurement, finance and time-capture functions.
- Monitor and control costs commitments and expenditures.
- Develop and issue project cost performance reports.
- Monitor and report on cost impact of project manpower forecasts.
- Coordinate the project cost close-out process.
