Job Description
Wood is seeking an Engineering Manager (Offshore) to lead the engineering portion of projects on one or more work scopes, focusing on execution, HSSE standards, quality, schedule, and budget. The role involves coordination of multiple engineering disciplines and ensuring all aspects of project success, including incident investigations and process improvement. The ideal candidate is experienced with Oil & Gas and has a commitment to safety and ethical behavior.
Requirements
- Experienced in Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas operations.
- Experience in engineering disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical).
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- HSSE and quality assurance experience.
- Understanding of project lifecycle management.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
