Job Description
Wood is looking for an experienced Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer with at least 15 years of experience in instrumentation, control systems, and telecommunications for the mining industry. This is a full-time opportunity on-site in Chile, requiring availability for travel to mining sites and ability to work in dynamic environments.
Requirements
- Leading I&C projects
- Design, specification, and review of instrumentation, control, and telecommunications systems
- Technical coordination with other disciplines and suppliers
- On-site supervision and support during execution and commissioning
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards
- Active participation in technological integration and process optimization
- Travel to mining sites in Chile and ability to work in dynamic environments
