Job Description
Wood is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our Process & Chemicals business line, responsible for designing and implementing environmental strategies to ensure regulatory compliance, sustainability, and minimization of environmental impact.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in industrial, infrastructure, and process projects
- Responsibility for designing and implementing environmental strategies
- Coordinating with various specialties to collect background information and prepare necessary documentation for environmental permit management
- Verifying project execution in accordance with applicable regulations and permits
- Administering and managing contracts related to environmental performance
- Providing technical support to various areas
- Reviewing and managing the submission of environmental documents to the authorities
- Leading internal and external environmental audits
- Monitoring and controlling critical environmental variables
- Supervising the implementation of environmental commitments
