Project Engineering Manager to lead multi-discipline teams across major FEED and EPCm projects, taking ownership of engineering delivery and setting the tone for culture, collaboration and ethical leadership.

• Review and approve key engineering documents and strategies

• Help the team do their best work

• Support performance, development and cross-discipline coordination
• Address challenges quickly and fairly, keeping the team motivated and focused
• Represent the project
• Engage with clients and partners in a confident, collaborative way
• Support multi-office delivery and high-value engineering centres
• Step in for the Project Manager when needed
