Project Manager

Wood is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a project management team on a major data center project in Thailand. The role requires prior experience on large capital projects, especially construction site and managing construction subcontractors, and will be site-based.

Requirements

• Lead Wood management team at site overseeing project execution including HSSE, supply chain, cost management, planning, construction management.
• Work with client in establishing client's requirements among the construction subcontractors
• Support establishing HSSE culture at site and provide proactive, visible HSSE leadership
• Establish effective communication and coordination procedures with Client and Construction Contractors
• Analyse and interrogate construction contractors' schedules and progress reports to confirm accurately reflect status of project, to identify trends, areas of concern, and review Contractor's proposed mitigations
• Participate and lead project reviews
• Support resolution of construction Contractor's queries on the project
• Review and comment on Construction Contractor's Change Requests
• Ensure Wood meets its contractual responsibilities on the Project
• Manage Wood's commercial interests on the Project
• Apply / demonstrate the highest standard of business ethics and compliance with Wood core values
