Job Description
Wood is recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its BioProducts Canada business focusing on industrial projects in pulp & paper, biofuels, carbon capture, and utilities. The role will support electrical engineering design and execution across a variety of greenfield and brownfield projects, and serve as Professional of Record on projects.
Requirements
- Provide electrical engineering support for bio-based industrial projects
- Lead discipline scope on small projects and electrical packages on large projects
- Act as the electrical Professional of Record on assigned projects
- Coordinate design with other engineering disciplines
- Provide mentorship to junior team members
- Support construction and commissioning activities as needed
