Job Description
Woodard & Curran is a national engineering, science, and operations firm seeking a Water Treatment Operations & Maintenance Technician. The role involves daily operations and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant facility, including monitoring plant operations, collecting and analyzing samples, performing minor repairs, and responding to emergencies. The schedule for this position is 5:00 pm – 5:00 am rotating days and weekends.
Requirements
- Missouri Water treatment plant operator's license preferred
- Valid Missouri motor vehicle operator's license
- Working knowledge of the principles, procedures, methods, equipment, materials, and tools employed in the operation' and maintenance of Water Treatment Plant facility
- Thorough knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions involved in water treatment work
- Knowledge of computer applications
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
