Job Description
Woodcraft Rangers is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional who understands the importance of accurate invoicing and timely payments. They will work closely with the Senior AR Accountant and collaborate with program and grants staff to ensure that all billings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
- Working knowledge of AR processes and invoicing best practices
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software
