Floater - After School Program

Join Woodcraft Rangers as a Club Leader and help create a fun and positive learning environment for club participants. The role involves developing and leading age-appropriate program activities, monitoring participant attendance, and building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have knowledge and experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities and are detail-oriented, energetic, and proactive.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED (AA Degree in Child Development or a related field preferred)
• Work well with young children and/or youth
• Good oral and written communication
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn
• Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification
• Must successfully pass an assessment test evaluating skills in math, reading comprehension, and spelling
