Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, advanced professional development experiences that support staff effectiveness and program excellence. The role requires strong facilitation, content development, and mentorship skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- AA Degree in Child Development or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience designing and facilitating trainings for adult learners
- Strong understanding of experiential learning theory and youth development principles
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support the development of peers
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
