Job Description
Join Woodcraft Rangers as a Club Leader for our after-school program and create a lasting positive impact on youth in your community. As a Club Leader, you will ensure a fun and positive learning environment for participants, lead age-appropriate program activities, and build positive relationships with program participants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED (AA Degree in Child Development or a related field preferred)
- Work well with young children and/or youth
- Good oral and written communication
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn
- Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification
- Must successfully pass an assessment test evaluating skills in math, reading comprehension, and spelling
