Job Description
The Summer Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and/or guests, answering any questions regarding food and drink menu items, while providing consistent and constant attention, ensuring that all members and/or guests are given priority.
Requirements
- Works all shifts in the outdoor weather around the pool areas for shifts up to 8 hours
- High customer service and attention to each member and/or guest
- Learns member names and food and drink preferences whenever possible
- Drives sales by memorizing all food and drink menus for ingredients and options available
- Works diligently and communicates efficiently with other Food + Drink staff
- Follows all outlined Accounting and cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintain clean, organized and visually appealing areas in and around all food + drink outlets
- Attends to all members and/or guests in a timely manner
- Complies with Club’s employee handbook manual, departmental policies and procedures and with all applicable federal and state employment laws
