Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife handling.
• Prior culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Able to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Open to learning and committed to consistency and quality.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and execute daily recipes and menus.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
