Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Java
• Solid understanding of system design fundamentals, including databases, distributed systems, and service architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability tooling
• Hands-on experience with GenAI coding tools and agentic workflows
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Passion for mentoring and supporting peers
