Associate Director, Equity Research

We're seeking an Associate Director to join our growing team in Glasgow or London. As a senior leader, you'll manage a team of analysts, deliver high-quality research, and cultivate client relationships.

Requirements

• Manage and mentor a team of Equity Research Analysts and Associates
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing daily updates and insight
• Develop and refine processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all projects
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define research priorities, resource allocation, and team development
• Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
