Requirements
- Experience recruiting GTM roles in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Strong track record hiring sales and commercial talent
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge hiring briefs
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
- High ownership and strong judgement on talent
