Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable WAITER/RESS, CHEF DE RANG m/w/d with passion and heart to join our team in Zell am See, Austria. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hotel industry or several years of experience as a Chef de Rang, good German and English language skills, and be willing to develop their skills.
Requirements
- Guest reception and treatment at your station
- Expert advice and sales of our food and beverage offerings
- Responsibility for your station
- Daily mise en place work
- Leadership of your Demis and Commis
- Solution-oriented and guest-oriented handling of complaints
- Induction and guidance of apprentices/trainees and Commis de Rang
- Compliance with our HACCP and quality guidelines
- EU passport
- Very good German language skills
- Completed education in the hotel industry or several years of experience as a Chef de Rang
- Friendliness and warmth
- Communication talent and stylish appearance
- Wine knowledge is desirable
- Very good German and ideally English language skills
- Endurance, flexibility, and reliable work ethic
- Willingness to personal development
