Job Description
The Enrollment Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all enrollment services functions for students at the GA VECTR Center, serving as the intermediary between the VECTR Center and prospective and current military-affiliated students, family members and partners throughout the state, and CGTC.
Requirements
- Earned Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution
- Documented two (2) years of work experience in a related field
- Ability to multi-task and use time efficiently
- Knowledge of the mission of postsecondary vocational/technical education
- Knowledge in admission requirements, financial aid, academic requirement, developing career plans, federal and state regulations, and graduation requirements
- Knowledge of college programs of study
- Skilled in the operation of computers and job-related software programs
- Skilled in oral and written communication
- Skilled in interpersonal relations
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
