Job Description
Serves as systems engineer for the Authority on the implementation and maintenance of enterprise IT systems, with a special focus on system maintenance and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or other related technical discipline
- Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience
- Industry certification in implementing and maintaining production enterprise systems
- Experience in utilizing operating system utilities, configuring hardware, using various backup utilities, performing operating system tuning (kernel), managing clustering and high-availability environments, and writing and executing scripts
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols and network design
- Ability to develop and manage project plans for multiple high-profile projects
- Excellent communications skills
