Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems.
- Associate degree from 2-year college or Technical School preferred.
- Valid EPA Universal certification.
- OSHA, NATE or CFC certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems with strong technical skills.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in various settings, including attics and crawl spaces.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
